TC Process Steps

Submit Application Form
Parents must submit a duly filled TC application form to the school office.

30 Days Notice Period
A minimum of 30 days written notice must be given to the Principal before withdrawal.

Clearance of Dues
All school dues must be cleared and library/school property must be returned before TC processing.

Discipline & Withdrawal Rules
Student may be withdrawn for non-payment of fees, poor performance, misconduct, or indiscipline.

Issuance of Transfer Certificate
TC is issued only after completion of all formalities and clearance of dues. Final once issued.
